The property was cozy, well equipped, and worked great for our dog. Lovely old Portland neighborhood. Less than 2 miles from our daughter and hope to stay again at our next visit.

Despite hearing occasional light footsteps above, this is a very private, comfortable and well-equipped space. Most of all my husband loved the very hot water and i loved the uber comfortable bed! Julien and family are lovely hosts and very kind and responsive.

Clean, convenient and quiet. We slept like stones here. Our host was prompt with communications and instructions about the property were clear. Easy onstreet parking in a chill, residential neighborhood.

The space was clean, comfy and well cared for! It was in a quiet neighborhood and we really appreciated that there was street parking, which is often hard to come by in Portland. The only thing I would note is that if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise this might not be the best space for you. As the hosts noted, it is an old house... we could hear all the footsteps! This was fine for the person I was with but made my sleepy time (and wake up time!) complicated. Otherwise, this space was great!

Everything was very comfortable, and the location was really central to everywhere we wanted to go. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We had some creepy crawlies in the unit, but we were able to escort a few insect friends back outside.

This was a wonderful place to stay, Julien, the host was always available with any questions we had. It felt like home away from home. Beautiful, quiet, neighborhood, with easy access to all shopping, ameniteis etc. This will be our go to place to stay any time we visit Portland again.

Host was very welcoming and friendly, accommodating an early check-in and making sure everything was to our satisfaction. We appreciated having a washer/dryer since we were coming from another destination in our travels. Apartment was well-equipped and we had what we needed. A full kitchen was a treat. The bed was comfortable and we had good lighting for reading. The apartment is in the basement and quite cool which is good when it’s hot. In cooler weather there is a heater to warm things up. The location was excellent for us, within walking distance from our daughter who we were visiting. It’s in a friendly neighborhood.
