There is a bonus room - ski shed disconnected from main house with Queen bed and small bathroom with toilet and sink. Close proximity to Bear Valley, many beautiful lakes/ Rivers/ hikes/ mountain bike trails. Very Quiet and peaceful.

Make sure to turn off any heaters/ oven/ stove. Close windows and lock doors.
Trash must be removed from property and taken with you upon check out. Very important not to leave trash. Will result in a $75 fee if left at property.
