BEACH FRONT with GULF VIEWS! 3BR/3.5 BA Condo in Beautiful Orange Beach

This complex has the best location in Orange Beach, right next to the Gulf State Park! This means our beachfront offers more privacy and less crowding. You will be just a short walk across the street to the Gulf State Park's walking and biking trails, tennis courts, playgrounds and nature center. Our 4th floor condo offers a king bed master suite with gulf view, a second bedroom with 2 queen beds, private bath and a gulf view, and a 3rd bedroom with twin beds, retro video gaming station and private bath. Flat screen TVs in each room. The floor plan is perfect for groups who want a large open area where everyone can lounge, dine, play games and make memories together, while still having their own private sleeping quarters. There is a stack washer/dryer inside the unit and an additional half bathroom. There are two pools (seasonally heated) with attached grilling patios, a fitness room, and WiFi access. Each building has its own elevator. There is a $50 parking fee per vehicle.

We are a husband/wife team from Birmingham, AL. Our two daughters have grown up being able to vacation here with family and friends ,and this is where they first learned to swim! We have only recently started hosting other guests, and we hope you will enjoy making memories here as much as we have!

Why they chose this property

We love being so close to the state park and being able to take advantage of everything it offers by just walking across the street! Our end of Orange Beach seems a bit quieter and less crowded than other parts.
