Inside you will find a large primary bedroom with king bed, 2 smaller rooms each with a full bed, and a large bedroom with a queen bed and sitting area containing a queen pullout sofa, making this house perfect for a large family or a group of friends
Located just one mile from the stunning, expansive sands of Wells Beach. Utilize the sidewalks for a safe walking experience or choose to bike or drive. Parking is available at the town’s oceanside parking facilities for a fee. Enjoy ample on-site parking (The rental includes off-street parking for three vehicles), stroll to nightly food trucks and live music nearby, or launch your boat at the local marina. Surrounded by incredible dining, scenic walking trails, and just a short drive to Kennebunkport and Ogunquit, this home puts you in the center of everything coastal Maine has to offer.
Whether you’re relaxing on the deck, exploring nearby beaches, or watching the sunrise over the marsh, this is the perfect place to unwind and make lasting memories.

We truly had an amazing day with my large family. The homeowners were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this property—it’s a true hidden gem. I’ve been coming to this area for the past 25 years, and this is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed. The home has great amenities, plenty of space for entertaining, and is perfect for families of up to 10 people. Best of all, Congdon’s Donuts is right across the street!
