Villa Monroe sits in the most desired area of the City right on the
Surfside Blvd in the Southwest of Cape Coral.

From the first step into this awesome home, you are captured by its
beauty and modern luxurious feeling.

The bright and open floorplan paired with many floor to ceiling windows
entices with breathtaking views of the gorgeous Nature Preserve across
the Floridian mangroves. This is the perfect location to experience e
the most stunning sunsets.

Within this beautifully decorated Villa, a modern and luxurious white
high gloss kitchen with beautiful marble countertops has been equipped
with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks during your stay.

A modern outdoor kitchen has a large BBQ-grill to uncover your hidden
cooking talents.

If you want someone else to do the cooking there are various locations
in and around the home to enjoy your takeout and relax, there is a
dining room inside as well as outside for up to 8 people.

A comfy lounge area outside which features an electric fireplace and
flatscreen tv which are just waiting to create a cozy and homey feel is
the perfect setting to chill after a big meal, or a long day in the
pool, at the beach or just a day in the sun.

The outside of the Villa also has a great variety to offer apart from
the beautiful scenery. Heart of the lanai is the extra big modern pool
with a private spa.
There are various sunchairs for taking in vitamin D, and there is also
an outdoor shower to cool of before and after swimming or sunbathing.

The open concept living room has a luxurious leather sofa and a
Flatscreen TV for your entertainment.
A modern pool table is just waiting for you to play on it, and show off
your skills, all under the careful eyes of Marilyn on the wall.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and
private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower as well as a soaking
tub.
There are two more Bedrooms each with a king-sized bed, a flatscreen TV
and private bathroom each with their own unique design features and
creative elements. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds also a TV and a
private en-suite bathroom.

The whole house is furnished with the highest quality interior which
was carefully selected for every room to harmonize with the blue skies
of Florida, the spreader waterway, and the green Mangrove Trees.
The décor consists of a beautiful blue and turquoise color palette, but
also modern gray and white that tones the interior design together
perfectly.

Electricity (and if applicable propane) are charged as used at the end
of your stay.
Final cleaning does NOT include BBQ cleaning, which will be charged if
BBQ cleaning is required after your stay.
The amounts will be charged from the security/damage deposit
The security/damage deposit is $1500.0 and has to be paid 30 days prior
to arrival.
