Parking was very easy, convenient, secure, snf family friendly. Loved having a full kitchen for preparing meals and a washer and dryer. This home is in walking distance to many restaurants and Trader Joe’s.

Nice property located right in the heart of downtown DC close to restaurants, museums and the Metro. You’re basically in an 1st floor converted apartment in a row house with the host living upstairs. The parking spot available is extremely small and located in the rear. Luckily we took the small car and not the pickup. The only real issue we had was the water pressure in the bathroom and shower is extremely low. We mentioned it to the host.

The location was absolutely fantastic, and the apt was perfect for our family of four while we used it as home base to explore our nation's capital. Communication with the host, Ed, was clear, consistent, and easy.One thing of note, and while not negative, there are three apt's at this property, one above, and one below this particular apt. If there are other guests staying at the same time, you will definitely hear them above and below.All in all a great place, location, and experience.

This was in a great location. Quiet street and safe area. We were within walking distance of restaurants and a grocery store. It was very easy to uber to all monuments and museums. Great place and host!

Finding this Vrbo was relatively easy. Communication with the Vrbo owner was OK. His number was not visible on the email. They could definitely use a few more dishes in the kitchen and they were missing hand towels for washing in the bathroom. Water pressure in the Vrbo was very weak. Water damage was evident on the ceiling. Considering the price and location it was an OK deal but could be better.
