Great place to crash if you're visiting the river, 10 minutes from Oregon Creek Park, which is an awesome spot to hit with kids. Pretty sparse surroundings and it's deep in the woods, so it's remote and private. Space itself is set up for 2 people, if you bring more people (wouldn't recommend more than 2 adults, 2 kids) you should bring an air mattress and your own bedding. It is a no frills space, so if there are items you consider essential to your world, bring them with you. It does have a powerful air conditioner which we were grateful for at the end of August. We'll be back, proximity to the river and the price can't be beat. Now that we know it's pretty rustic we will pack more essentials and be extra cozy there.

Thanks for coming! Your feedback is much appreciated I am so happy to hear that you and your family enjoyed the local river safe travels! Your welcome back anytime!
Location can't be beat, very close to the river and a great price! However, we were disappointed with the state of the accommodations and the lack of amenities. There was trash left under the sink when we arrived (we assume by a previous guest). There was one used bar of soap in the shower, no shampoo and no hand soap. There was only one towel even though we said two guests would be sharing the space. The bed was made but the sheets appeared dirty upon our arrival. There was no hot water in the shower or any of the faucets (we would have appreciated this to be mentioned in the property description, as the weather was cool enough at night that made showering in cold water unpleasant). On one occasion, the gate to the property was not working, even after several attempts. It ended up finally opening, but given we didn't have good cell service, this felt concerning. Lastly, we were told there would be WiFi at the property, but there was not. We did not have enough cell signal to be able to contact the host with any questions during our stay.

Hello if you had messaged or called during you're stay i would have come quickly and figured out why the hot water heater didn't work for you and brought another towel if you didn't bring your own. I assure you the sheets were clean. Also when inquired about the property you asked if there was cell service which there is. Not if WiFi was included at the location please be honest in your reviews thank you.
