The SunnyDays property was precisely as advertised and tucked into a beautiful harbor community. Perfect for a family vacation with access to the beach, ventura, and local parks.The host was very responsive, we were traveling with a 1 year old and they were able to set us up with a playpen and high chair at a modest extra fee. Had a few questions on the property throughout the stay and they were always available and accommodating.I would certainly go with them again.

The overall home and view were wonderful! When we had a minor issue the response was not immediate and never resolved. We couldn't get the fire pit to light which was disappointing on the beautiful cool evenings. The refrigerator /freezer water filter had not been changed since 8/23, there were new filters but the one in was unable to be removed so we didn't have useable water or ice. The only other negative was limited glassware (3 water glasses and 6 juice glasses, although lots of wine glasses.) The kitchen was well equipped, and the area was beautiful and walkable to Channel Islands Marina with shops and restaurants. We would definitely rent again depending on the time of year due to no air-conditioning.
