Such a lovely property. A beautiful private home casita that is so private. Extremely comfortable sofas,pillows and bed. I appreciated how seamless check in was. No fumbling with codes that may or may not work. My favorite Vrbo or experience.

This was a beautiful little property in a quiet Montecito neighborhood. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby while also being close to Santa Barbara and all that it offers. The outdoor garden sitting area is sweet. This is a perfect place for couples, though the bed is quite small!

We enjoyed the Casita as our home base in Montecito, the studio was just as pictured and well supplied for visitors. Very easy to communicate with the host. Would be happy to return in the future.

My husband and two small dogs just got back from a 2 night stay at the Casita for the 4th of July weekend. We were looking for a quiet dog friendly neighborhood to try to avoid the fireworks because our doggies are terrified of the noise every 4th of July. While we did hear some fireworks (it is close to the Village), it was still far better than what we expected in our neighborhood in LA. The Casita is a lovely place, beautifully decorated inside and just right for us. There is an outdoor area in a peaceful garden if you just want to enjoy sitting outside in the sun, and our dogs loved being there. The Casita was very clean and well stocked with all you need for a quick getaway. It is located very close to restaurants, galleries, and shopping. There is even a historic church down the block if you want to catch services on a Sunday during your stay. Anne Marie was very accommodating and booking, check in, and check out process was very easy. The only thing to plan for is that if you are over 6 ft like my husband you might find the bed slightly short, but there is a comfy long couch that will accommodate you otherwise. This is not enough of a problem as anything negative about our stay; rather, we've stayed at many Vrbo rentals in the area, and this is one of the exceptional ones! We really enjoyed being there and would definitely try to book again!
