My family of nine had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very communicative, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was exquisite. And the location…wow! Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to all the action. Property was very spacious. Loved the huge sofa !!! I would suggest an upgrade to the dishwasher. Seemed not to completely clean the dishes. Overall it was a perfect location. We all enjoyed our stay!

Good location, nice pool and hot tub. When we arrived, there was hair in the drawers in the MBR and hair and dirt in the bathtub. There was also months of dust accumulated on the fan in the living room and on the lamps. They had to send the cleaning crew back out to clean up. The drinking glasses in the cabinets were dirty and had to be cleaned.

I would rate this property as one of the finest in all of Destin. This property is in a great location with the safety of a gated community and convenient to everything , beach included. The best thing about the property is it's owners , they go out of there way to make sure your stay is all it can be. I can't say enough good things about this place , I would highly recommend it !!!!!

A nice stay with an awesome pool area.

This house was perfect for an extended family gathering. Plenty of space inside and out. The pool area was awesome - plan on spending lots of time there during your stay. Management/owner were very responsive to questions and a few minor issues that cropped up, which were very quickly resolved. Nice quiet neighborhood that seems to work hard to keep things that way.

The property was great and in a very good location. We had a large group with two families and loved our time. We rented a golf cart which was great as well. The pool and outside areas worked great for our group. We had a group of teenagers so the seperate room above garage was excellent for giving them some space.

Excellent home in a great location

This was our second visit to Top Shelf for our family vacation, and each time has been exceptional. The home provides plenty of space to gather together or spread out. We love the pool and the beach is a short 5 minute walk. We highly recommend this home. Although, the internet is slow so do bring a hot spot if you need to sneak in any work while on vacation.
