Experience our modern, newly built home in Denver's hottest neighborhood--LoHi. At nearly 4,000 square feet, our home has an open floor plan throughout the main level, three bedrooms on the second level (all with their own bathrooms) and a 3rd floor loft with access to two rooftop spaces that each have spectacular downtown views. We have a high-end kitchen with high-end appliances--gas stove and separate fridge and freezer. The basement features a 2br/1ba apartment with full kitchen.

Please remove all sheets and pillow cases from USED beds and place them in a laundry bin or in a pile in/near the laundry room. If you did not use a bed, please leave it made.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This property was welcoming and just as pictured. It accomodated our large group with room to spare. Everything was clean and the amenaties left us not wanting a thing. The owner was easy to contact about any questions we had. Lovely neighborhood with lots of food options around and close proximity to Downtown Denver. If we have another large gathering, we will stay here again.
