Our stay was everything and more. Our Hosts responded quickly when we needed them, and the house was stocked well which was very helpful! Every room and bathroom was very clean and nice. The house is in a very good area with all we wanted to go see around Colorado Springs! My family felt very safe staying here, and another plus was a great view from the master bedroom! I highly recommend this house and host!

Place didn’t allow for the Colorado scenery and had lots of parked cars in front of the house. Lack of cleaning for the house and master shower didn’t drain.

This VRBO is outstanding and perfect for families with children. The park across the street was so convenient and the game room and toys were an additional bonus. The bedrooms were large and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes and towels. We will definitely come back to this house in the future. The hosts were accommodating in meeting my request of a later checkout time which I really appreciated.

We absolutely loved this house. Our children loved the play area! And we walked across the street to enjoy the playground and park space. The house had everything we could need and was located in a great area. We got anywhere we needed in just 15 minutes.

Overall a great experience

A Great Stay

We have grown up and lived in Colorado most of our lives and love it here! We enjoy traveling with our two boys and have found we prefer to stay in a vacation rental over a hotel. It's more comfortable, spacious, allows for cooking (when we want to) and provides a better value for the money. Now that we are vacation rental owners, we have included features and amenities in our home that we have enjoyed on our trips.

The best part of the house is the location! It’s the perfect starting point to visit all that the Springs has to offer.


What makes this property unique

Two separate living areas allow for everyone to spread out if they want. There is also a great park right across the street. Quick and easy access to I-25 as well as downtown.
