The property was clean and wonderful. The home showed the joy that the owners take in providing a wonderful experience for their guests. Every detail was perfect and we so much appreciate the host in sharing their home with us. The national park was perfect. The temperature was 48 low to 75 high. No rain and everyday was perfect. We saw lots of Elk and many Moose. What a beautiful place. You could take a picture with your eyes closed and it would have been beautiful. The property was great and the location was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We have been coming to Grand Lake for many years, and this home was perfect for our family. Everyone had plenty of room, plenty of bath areas, to where no one was feeling on top of one another or crammed. Kitchen and living areas were perfect. Agree with all the previous review scores. Hard to find any fault with the property. We were 8 people, including 2 little boys, and there was ample room for everyone. Clean, fully equipped, lots of light and only five minutes from town. The boys especially enjoyed the wraparound deck and watching for birds and critters. A great family place to enjoy what Grand Lake has to offer.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay being only 5 minutes from the downtown area! Secluded enough for it to be quiet and private. My family loved the space and appreciated how well it was furnished, particularly the kitchen! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home!

We LOVED this cabin! It's a beautiful home and had plenty of space for our family to spread out. The kids enjoyed playing outside and climbing on all the rocks!

Great property that’s well appointed and maintained. The cabin appears to have evolved from a simple cabin to the spacious home someone with vision designed. The newest section with master bed/bath is gorgeous. It was perfect for my daughter’s family (2 adults, 2 kids) with plenty of privacy. We holed up in the downstairs bedroom which was small but adequate. The bathroom on that floor isn’t as impressive as the other 2 but it was fully functional. We enjoyed all the house had to offer. The gas grill was a bit sketchy and they are never easy to move in and out but we managed. My husband thought the living room area was too dark and reading and doing a puzzle in the evenings was a challenge. The kitchen was generously stocked with utensils. The coffee pot tended to produce grounds with every pot and the large frying pan needed a lot of cooking spray (sigh) despite appearing to be “non stick”. This is a delightful property and I could’ve stayed for months!

Still dreaming about this incredible home! We loved everything about this property. Plenty of room for our large group, lots of flat space for our kids to play, and a great location. I like to cook on our trips and the kitchen was fully stocked, they even had aprons! We’d gladly stay here again.

Grand Lake Getaway

We had the best time at our Grand Lake getaway and the house was absolutely perfect for our diverse group! It was spacious, well-appointed with everything we needed and clean. We really enjoyed having coffee on the wraparound deck and the proximity of the house to everything we wanted to do while we were visiting! We will definitely be back!

A wonderful place to stay

This home was spotless, roomy, and had everything we needed for a long weekend reunion with our immediate family. The new deck was especially nice. The location was great for access to the lake and town, but far enough from the road (in a pine and aspen grove) to be quiet.

Perfect mountain getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! Very well stocked and spacious home! Our family enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and wildlife that were in the yard throughout the day. We saw deer and a woodchuck too! We would definitely stay again!

Grand Adventure

Very clean with everything you could need. Beds were comfy. Nice to have parking in a double garage (since there was a marmot living close by!). Great access to shopping, restaurants and the wonderful hiking trails in Rocky Mountain National Park all just a few miles away.

Great!

We visited the area for the first time with friends. The house was very clean and had plenty of space! Kitchen was well stocked. Really enjoyed my coffee on the deck and watching the chipmunks and humming birds. We would definitely stay again!

It was wonderful! The house had everything we needed for our party of 8, 3 whom were children. We must have used all bits of the property including the fire pit and the swing. Enjoyed the antics of the chipmunks. We hiked the area and rented a pontoon from the marina. We did a little shopping too! We were there for 3 nights.

Quiet Retreat

The house is only two miles from the town, a perfect blend of solitude and accessibility. Lovely porch, yard, and open floor plan. Enjoyed it very much. Did feel that, given the cleaning fee we paid, we had to do a lot of tasks upon leaving.

Birthday weekend!

Such an amazing home! Plenty of sleeping space and place for people to sit! One of the best homes we’ve stayed in! Owners were very kind and generous with us! Super comfy beds and plenty of games for our family to play! The labels made it easy for clean up and plenty of extra towels and blankets! Would highly recommend for anyone with a family! Bonus big tub in the master bathroom!
