Light and Airy Shorewalk Condo - modern coastal vibe with unique, open layout!

**Not a "volume" investment rental. No high guest turnover.**

A complete renovation has given a coastal and serene vibe to this special condo! The spacious, split-bedroom layout is bright and airy, with a cathedral ceiling in the large, sun-drenched family room. Only a few units in Shorewalk boast this larger, open floor plan. The primary bedroom is on the left side of the unit and the guest suite in on the right, with a sunny, generous sized family room in between.

Located on the 2nd floor, it is one of only two residential buildings in the complex with a charming Spanish tile roof.

The location of this property within the Shorewalk complex feels truly private, with sun streaming in the windows from sun up to sundown and a beautiful mature tree off the lanai that is laced with Spanish moss, offers a sense of privacy and is home to a family of squirrels that play chase up and down the tree.

It features a large primary suite with a door to the lanai, walk-in closet, separate dressing area & gorgeous 2 sink, spacious bathroom with plenty of counter space. The new KING bed & a coastal palette make for a truly serene retreat. And the entry to the primary suite does NOT open directly to the living space - a short hallway entry makes it feel completely separate & private and buffers any family room activity.

The guest bedroom & bright guest bathroom are on the OPPOSITE side of the unit from the primary suite and can be closed off for privacy by a pocket door.

The large, sunny family room (the largest floor plan of all the Shorewalk units) features a vaulted ceiling, huge triple slider and a gorgeous water view of Shorewalk's lakes.

The screened-in lanai boasts sun all day! It is the perfect spot for morning coffee, reading, relaxing, dining, and enjoying the water wildlife & soothing sounds of the lake's fountain. A lovely mature tree with Spanish moss is right off the lanai, offering a feeling of privacy and a great spot to watch the squirrels play chase as they run up and down the tree.

The bright, eat-in kitchen is fully and freshly equipped with everything you'll need - including new stainless-steel appliances and plenty of counter space on the DOUBLE WIDTH granite counter/breakfast bar.

You'll also find a spacious pantry in the hallway leading into the laundry room (not a stackable in the closet), which is perfectly situated off the foyer, away from the main living area.

The condo is located at the heart of the complex, steps away from the main recreation hub in this 30-acre, resort community: 2 heated pools, 2 jacuzzis, 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball court, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce, lighted walking paths, and children's playground.
The beautiful Clubhouse offers a BBQ grilling area, library, billiards, ping pong and snack bar.

The property is within walking distance to large Publix and Aldi grocery stores, CVS, restaurants and movie theater.

Shorewalk is about a 20 minute drive to the Gulf beaches, including Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island and MANY waterfront restaurants. Pina Coladas at the Sandbar on AMI are fabulous!

The lovely Bradenton Riverwalk area of town also boasts many great restaurants and Irish pubs. Pier 22 and Oak & Stone are favorites.

Additionally, the IMG Academy is 5 minutes away by car and has a beautiful golf course.

Shopping/dining on St. Armand's Circle in Sarasota is also a favorite activity. As is a hike in the Robinson Preserve.

We recently stayed at this condo in Shorewalk & it is simply beautiful! It’s been fully renovated & is very clean & well stocked making for a very enjoyable stay! The location is great for easy access to shopping & the beach! The amenities are very nice as well. The owners are quick to respond should any issue come up. I would highly recommend this property!

We stayed at this condo recently that had been decorated beautifully with a beach vibe. Everything you can think of was available for our stay. The beds were comfy and the master bathroom and walk in closet was a bonus! Also, having the guest bedroom and bath on the opposite side of the condo was wonderful for guests! The owner, Suzanne thought of everything for our stay She was readily available for any questions or concerns that we had during our stay. This is one of the most beautiful condos that I have ever stayed in the area of Bradenton. We loved the screened in lanai for morning coffees and relaxing evenings for dinner or a glass of wine. It was conveniently located to all of the amenities of the condo complex. It was also nice to be able to walk to the local grocery stores. We would love to return to this condo.

Exceptional property

From the first step into this condo we knew we found a gem! The pictures show a lovely condo that truly does not capture the full beauty of this place. The condo is more than well appointed with everything you would need to enjoy a stay. The property is quiet, even the pool area. Two large pools seem to separate the children’s play from the adult floats. Pickleball abounds, game rotation is needed but a great meeting place. The owners are wonderfully easy to work with and have responded quickly to requests/questions. The beaches are a short drive away giving you the option of a quick toe dipping in the Gulf. We are sad to leave what we consider to be the best condo and location we have ever found. Without a doubt we will return! Thank you for a wonderful getaway from the frozen tundra we call home.

Shore Walk

This Home surpassed all our expectations. It was High End and Beautifully Decorated. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. It felt like our Home away from Home. Location was Great. We could walk to grocery stores, drug store, Beal's outlet and restaurants. It was a short drive to beaches and Anna Marie Island. We enjoyed delicious seafood dinners also just a short drive away. The thing I liked most about Suzanne's and Michaels condo was the lanai overlooking the water. We were on the lanai for almost all meals when we ate in . Such an assortment of wildlife with close up views. We saw pink egrets, northern flickers, huge turtles ,mallard families and geese. On the last day a bald eagle swooped by. That was Spectacular ! We spent many hours just enjoying the views. This unit was also a quick walk to the 2 heated pools. We sure enjoyed our daily pool time. Suzanne was wonderful to converse with. Any questions were answered immediately. I have to say this was the Best Vacation Ever. We stayed for a full month and would feel very lucky to be able to visit again. Thank You Suzanne and Michael for making our stay so pleasant.

Outstanding trip and experience

I spent about six weeks staying at this property, and I can't recommend it enough. Everything was recently renovated, and it showed. The photos probably don't even do it justice. The condo itself is comfortable and well-appointed with everything you might need during your stay and more. The location is a reasonably short drive from Bradenton Beach and close to plenty of other things to do in Bradenton/Sarasota, and the condo complex offers a pool, tennis courts, etc. I also can't say enough positive things about Suzanne and Michael. From our first exchange until the day I checked out, they were incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly. They clearly went out of their way to make sure my stay was as good as it could be. Their instructions and communication were prompt, clear and easily understood. They set a high bar in every regard.

We have been visiting our aunt at Shorewalk for 30 years. She was an original owner who would come to Florida as a "snowbird" to spend winters with her old Brooklyn crowd, and eventually gave up her NJ residence to live in Florida full time. Of all the lovely homes she lived in and beautiful locations around the world she visited, Shorewalk was her favorite place to be. Our wish is that whoever stays in this condo can experience the peace, tranquility and happiness that made this her favorite place!

Why they chose this property

We lovingly renovated and updated this special condo with the intention of sharing it with others, while still being able to continue the tradition of enjoying the beautiful area of Bradenton that has meant so much to our family.

What makes this property unique

Only a few Shorewalk properties have this unique split floorplan layout, where the primary bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo from the guest suite (bedroom & bathroom) which has a pocket door that can be closed for privacy. The family room is wonderfully open, with a vaulted ceiling that adds to the airiness.
We do not rent for less than 30 day increments and do not have a high guest turnover. We personally speak with each potential guest to make sure our condo (and the Shorewalk development) is a good fit for their needs and to make sure that they understand that the atmosphere at Shorewalk is perfect for active seniors and families.
