Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Remove sheets & pillow cases from all used beds & place near the washer/dryer. Comforters & shams can stay on the beds. Place all used bath & kitchen towels near the washer/dryer.

Wash any used dishes/utensils & return them to their spots - don't forget to check the dishwasher!

Empty all trash cans and place garbage bag(s) in the nearby dumpster in the parking lot.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

You must be 25+ yo to book with us and the individual making the reservation is required to be one of the guests staying.

Unauthorized guests or events is strictly enforced. Immediate cancellation and fees may be imposed.

All rules set by Sea Trail must be followed. If a complaint is received, guests will be responsible for any violation fees.

There were some issues, but they were addressed by the property management and the cleaners came back in on Wednesday before we left on Thursday. I think it’s a nice place just dated and maybe he needs a little refresh. My only complaint is the cleanliness when we first arrived and some broken Things in the kitchen that were addressed overall it was a good stay.

Overall the stay was GOOD. Initially, had trouble with the lock gaining access to the property but the property owner/manager was quick to respond. The area Was under construction with underground cables and a water line brake which forced us to go without water one night and curtailed a warning NOT drink the water. The beds were firm and very comfortable. I recommend you bring your ownKreig Coffee maker. I would stay at this again in the future.

Plenty of room and quick access to the beach

This condo has more than enough room for two couples to have a good stay at the beach together with lots of privacy for each couple. t’s close to the beach, has good seafood restaurants nearby in Calabash and of course plenty of golf. My husband and I used the condo as a homebase while searching for a new home in the area. We really took advantage of the full-sized washer and dryer and used the kitchen the entire time to cook our meals which saved lots of money. Since my husband is disabled the elevator was vital and really helped me in getting our things loaded and unloaded.

Clean and comfy at the beach

A very nice 1 BR lockout and 1 BR condo in a golf community. The owner was immediately responsive to minor questions via text and was very easy to work with. There are 4 double beds and a sleep sofa so you could actually sleep a lot of people in this unit. Not a big living room, though. Fine for us plus 2 more but more people might be a little crowded. I would rent this unit again for sure. Elevator was a plus!
