A two story farmhouse built in 2000, surrounded by stone walls. Located on three acres of land, this residence is situated on top of a small hill which provides beautiful expansive views of Nonquit Pond. The decor is modern with traditional touches; beamed ceilings and wood floors throughout. One feels remote yet not isolated for it's a short walk to Historic Four Corners for food and/or shopping.
You will see and feel the breathtaking outdoors from every room in the house!
There are 3 upstairs bedrooms that sleep 6.
This is a designer owned home that has special details both inside and out!
There is an exterior security camera located on the front and back of the house. The cameras can easily be unplugged and removed for your privacy.

The owners met, fell in love and married in the area.....and then moved to Los Angeles. Many years later, they have returned to the area and wish to share the connection they feel to the area with you.

Why they chose this property

Designer owned home with beautiful aesthetic touches and breathtaking views. The house is a great place to spend time with family and friends with views available throughout the house. The house is removed from the road which provides a great deal of privacy. Spend time walking or biking the country roads.

What makes this property unique

It is centrally located. Close to Historic 4 Corners, beaches, Little Compton, Newport and Bristol.
