Avast, me hearties! The oceanfront awaits! When you see the cabin of this Lincoln City vacation rental, you won't want to weigh anchor anywhere else. Your eyes won't be able to decide which to admire more: the magnificent ocean view from the deck or the loving skill put into this rustic beach home.

This incredible two-bedroom A-frame is just two blocks from the beach at Lincoln City. Park up to two cars in your designated parking area and hit the decks!

From the gleaming elegance of its dark hardwood floors to the gorgeous granite counters and tile work, you'll be the captain of your Lincoln City getaway. Light floods the living area through the beachside wall of windows from floor to gable. Surrounded from stem to stern with beautiful wood paneling, this cozy space feels large and expansive, its atmosphere underscored by plush couches and an ornate decorative rug.

When you're not on the new deck enjoying the ocean air and the waves' rhythmic crashing on the beach, come inside and swap stories of voyages gone by over a Kahlua and coffee, all to the sounds of your favorite music on the CD player. After dinner, watch a movie on the DVD player or, if you must, do some work using the free fast WiFi.

You'll be hard-pressed to pull your cook from the galley of this charming home. Fully equipped with everything needed to feed a hungry crew, the kitchen is efficient and aesthetically pleasing with beautiful granite counters, intricate tile splashboards, and earthen tile floors. In addition to a big fridge, stove, and microwave, you'll find stainless steel sinks for easy cleanup and a coffee grinder for your favorite beans. Serve it up at the dining set for four, complete with amazing ocean views to enjoy with dessert! Or, head out to one of Lincoln City's 60 eateries where you can enjoy everything from crab to coq au vin.

Come bedtime, you and the mates —up to six of you—can choose between two bedrooms and two sofabeds in the living room. There is a double bed in each of the two bedrooms. Enveloped by knotted wood walls, the nautical decor reminds you of your proximity to the ocean outside. You'll also find a futon in the living room and a washer/dryer out in the garage, which sports renovations including a new door for easier access.

With seven miles of beautiful sandy beach outside, you could spend your whole vacation walking along the beach, watching the seabirds churn in the ocean breeze, building sandcastles, swimming, or flying kites. But there's lots more to do around Lincoln City. Dubbed the 'Miracle Twenty Miles,' Lincoln City is home to many shops, an outlet mall, and galleries where you can buy that souvenir or piece of art for the den.

Golfers can have their day at Salishan or Chinook Winds resorts, both less than 15 minutes from town; you can even tempt Lady Luck at Chinook Winds Casino as well! Anglers can cast their lines at Devil's Lake, which boasts nine species of freshwater fish. Or, do something really different and take a cooking class at the Culinary Institute or learn the art of glass blowing at Alder House Studio.

For a great time in exciting and colorful Lincoln City, dock your vessel and make this charming Northern Oregon Coast vacation rental your getaway!

Generally fine except for a very slow draining shower drain that meant only one person could shower every 3 to four hours. The operator tried to fix it while we were away one day but ended up making tge shower unusable and leaving a huge mess in the bathroom that we had to clean up when we got back late that night.. the sliding screen door to the deck would fall off if you tried to use it. Two stove burners did not work when we got there because the elements were not reinserted correctly. Good location but the dated home needs some serious love. The rental company did give us a small credit for the inconvenience.

Cute little A frame

The view on deck is amazing. Close to town. Just a small walk to beach.

Just okay.

It is a much older property that definitely needs some updates. Like paint, fix a leaky roof, blinds, outlets, brighter lights, etc.The place definitely needs a really good dusting. There was dust and cobwebs and spiders around. It’s an old home and rustic. But the room upstairs has no blinds. And the first step down is a deeper one, so beware. If you’re going for a short stay. It’d be the better option. But the house on the right is another rental and the house on the right seems like a party house. Would definitely opt for a different place next time around.

Beach house

What a view! Loved getting away and coming to this A frame. Our family had a great stay just wish the furniture was more comfortable. The couches/futons & beds felt like you were sitting or laying on springs.. barely any cushion. Other than that reasonable price for the view. Perfect family getaway spot

Cozy cabin

Very cozy cabin. The outside wasn’t as nice as in the pictures but that’s what’s expected being right on the coast. Overall it was very clean when we showed up and was a very pleasant stay.

Cute with great view!

Cute place! Love that dogs are allowed. I will say, it was extremely hard to get the place warm, and not much for blankets on the beds (only a sheet and very thin top quilt). Pack some extra blankets if staying in the cold months!

Cozy beach cabin

The house was perfect for the weekend. We had 4 adults in the home, and it was the perfect size inside, and a stunning view of the ocean on the back deck. The beach was a short easy walk away. The stairs are a bit steep inside the home, and the shower is a bit small, but overall it was a fantastic deal for a prime location

A-frame with views

We loved our stay here, it was clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay. The only thingni wish it had was an outdoor hose to rinse our feet off after being on the beach. Luckily we brought a little tote with us that we just filled with water and put on the back porch. Would definitely stay here again.

Worth the view

Bedroom is a bit cramped, but living space( well decorated!) is great, kitchen well equipped, view and deck awesome. Deck is not enclosed as I had been told( for pup), no dish towels, locks difficult to open and close, and Vacasa did not provide support to get tv to work in time for me to use it on 3 night stay. However, if you are all about the beach, I recommend this cute place.

Weekend getaway

Was wonderful location very clean. Our only complaint was the heat was off when arriving late and only 3 wall heaters and rest are portable plug in heaters most of stay you had to wear coat. Beds need some upgrades and need tvs in bedrooms. Stairs going to loft very steep. Overall ok just those couple issues.

Charming but needs improvement

The property and location is great but the general managment of the property was found lacking. Basic amenities like enough paper towels and toilet paper were not provided. Looked as though the cleaning between guests had been rushed as well.

Great location, dog friendly, superb view

The deck and beach view were fantastic. A couple short blocks to the south and there was beach access and enjoyed long walks with our dogs. We rented this place for the view and because it was pet friendly so that was all great. We brought dog beds, but since there were no rugs in the cabin we bought one for our dogs to lay on as well. The best thing about this cabin is the location. The neighboring houses are close, but we were there mid week so the neighborhood was quiet. The bathroom hot water faucet was broken and the shower had minimal flow. The cable channels are mainly local so be prepared to read books or bring some dvd's. Unlike other cabins we have stayed at there wasn't a stock of dvd's to watch but there is a red box down the road. The living room furniture is two futon couches which were okay once we took some pillows off the bed to make them more comfy.

Don’t choose this rental!

This was an awful place. It needs some SERIOUS maintenance to make it habitable. Watch out for the stairs up to the loft, they can not be up to code at all. Upstairs bedroom has NOTICEABLE draft from no weather stripping on outside door, and NO curtains on small windows. Futon had is not safe to sit on, and has bad odor. This place looks okay in pictures, but is not worth the HUGE cost. Oh, and there is a reason almost every room has a space heater, the house wall heating system doesn’t warm it up at all! Take extra blankets! I wouldn’t recommend!

Lackluster

A lot smaller than It appears . The bed & the bedroom were too small to sleep in . We slept in the living room on the two futons . We had to keep ducking while moving about the house for fear of hitting our heads on the beams . The deck was large and a pretty good view of the ocean . Accept the bushes were too tall . The deck is in need of some major TLC . Boards were rotted and had splinters throughout . If you are looking for a place to just sleep and not hangout then I guess it works ? The shower is barely big enough to shower in . I get it , It’s a very old cabin on the beach and is charming . But I don’t want bumps on my head trying to use the bathroom in the middle of the night . We made the best of it being our 20th anniversary . But the wife was not impressed ! The place was very clean . Nice counter tops and kitchen .

Looks great in the pictures, but disappointing in person

This property is in a great location overlooking the beach on a cliff. Watching the ocean from the deck is relaxing. However, it is not maintained properly and most of the essentials does not work. The paint is peeling on the exterior. The floor sloped in places. None of the furniture matched and looks like they were purchased from a thrift store. Some are really worn or broken. Only the TV works. I could not get the other electronics to work with the remote. The window blinds are broken and missing parts. The doors do not close properly and the electronic lock did not work very well. I thought it was me not entering the correct code properly, buy this happened every single time we returned to the house. I had to enter the code multiple times before it would accept the 10-digit code. This is frustrating, especially when you are standing in heavy rain, trying to get in. Both electronic locks did the exact same thing, so you get double the frustration. There are only 3 built-in Cadet heaters. Two in the living room and one in the bathroom. One of the Cadet heaters in the living room is broken. One is not enough to heat the whole house. There are 2 space heaters provided for the bedrooms, but they are too small to do anything. Having proper built-in heaters would be better. It was so cold that I ended up buying a big space heater to help heat the house. Our stay would have been more enjoyable if we weren't distracted by all the issues around the house. I was very disappointed!

Great location, uncomfortable furniture, misleading posting

It’s a 5-star location with a gorgeous view of the water, and it is on the rustic side, which we actually like. It has 1-star furniture and the beds listed as queens are absolutely not queen beds, but are full size. I didn’t have a measuring tape, but I’m 6’0, and when I laid across them, my entire lower leg was off the bed. That is not a queen bed, my friends. My wife and I are not small, so we slept separately (we can fit in a queen bed.) The previous reviews mentioning the futons being uncomfortable were accurate. It is hard to believe how bad they are. We were not comfortable sleeping in the loft because we drink a lot on vacation and the stairs are steep and are not all the same height. There is no booklet of information and I had no interaction with any person representing the property. I have done a lot of short term rentals, but this was my first with vacasa. It was odd to have to way to communicate electronically. There was a local phone number on the sign. I texted it, but got no replies. They have the wrong coffee filters for the machine, which I would have told someone if there was any communication. Though we had a nice time because we generally always do, we would not stay here again.
