Great Holiday Getaway

This property was perfect for our group of 6 adults. It was located near enough to the parks without being in the bustle of Orlando. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. Don was very responsive to all my questions. We would definitely go back!

The house that we stayed in was very clean and have everything we needed. The area was nice. And all the activities like the pool and games were fun and relaxing today I recommend this place to stay for the family to enjoy their vacation. And the receptionist are very nice people and they respond quickly when you have an issue or an answer, but there was no issues at the time. I highly recommend this place to stay again.

Home away from home

As soon as we step foot in this home we felt like it was our home away from home. We had everything we needed. Our kids especially loved the game room. We would definitely come back for another stay.

Perfect Location for Disney

The villa was just as advertised and was lovely and clean for our arrival. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood where we felt very safe. It only took us around 25 minutes to drive backwards and forwards to Disney which was perfect, and it is within easy reach of restaurants/supermarkets in the Kissimee area. Don was a great host and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We would stay here again!

Fantastic property and host

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was well kept and a lot of work had gone into getting it ready with us staying only a week after the hurricane. Don is without a doubt the best host that we've ever had making sure we had everything that we need and sending information during our stay on things like when the trash needed to go out rather than us having to rely on a welcome pack. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely loved our stay here Beautiful villa with open plan kitchen and livingroom fully equipped kitchen 5 toilets big comfy beds and we even had the option to heat the pool would stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this home away from home to family and friends x

A great holiday and great host

We have stayed in Cumbrian lakes a number of times and really like the area. The house was great and did everything we needed with a pool, hot tub, games room and is a good distance from the parks to easily get around Orlando. Don was great and any time we had a question or needed something (such as pool heating) he sorted it quickly and with care. Would recommend, and will check to see if the house is free when we go back again! Thank you Don, it was a magical holiday

Great home away from home

From the moment we arrived at this great home we had the feeling we where at home and feeling save. Everything was clean and the house is very spacious and has everything you need to have a great time. The pool was a blast as well, especially while the temperatures where high during our stay. Also did the airconditioning his work. The location was great as well. Don and/or Steve where always available if we had a question. We will for sure recomend this property if you want to have a great vacation and want to make beatifull memories. Thank you Don and Steve for making this happen for our family!

Loved every minute...

We rented this property for thanksgiving. We were a party of 8 and were very comfortable. Mr. Gardner was easily accessible and extremely helpful. I even damaged my phone at universal studios and he offered to send someone to bring me a phone!!! The house was fully stocked, beautiful, with plenty to do. The kids loved the game room and never a dull moment. We loved our vacation and will definitely come back. Thank you Mr. Gardner!

Awesome Vacation!

We had a wonderful March Break and loved our stay at your property.The kids absolutely loved the games room, the pool, as well as seeing a real live alligator in the back pond. Everyday we were there we saw different wildlife such as turtles, cranes, hawks, etc. The house was fully equipped with everything that we needed and Don was quickly to respond if we needed to know something. We were also in walking distance of the park and a trail that walked around a little pond. We walked out dog daily there and he loved it as well. Overall, our stay for the entire duration was wonderful and I would absolutely recommend this property to others. Thank you from all of our family and we hope to rent from you again in the near future!

Great family vacation property!

Great location, walked the neighbourhood frequently with our dog and always felt safe (gated community). DisneyWorld was 25 min away when we went on a Sunday morning, very easy to get to. Groceries and restaurants close by. This house is a very large property, we had our 3 adult kids and 2 grandkids and never felt on top of each other. Big games room but needed a little refresh. Very clean overall, kitchen well stocked, TV in every room, pool and hot tub were very well used… everyone loved them!! Great property all around, just needs a little refresh here and there… living room sectional needs replacing, very uncomfortable. Big plus is how responsive owner Don is..anything I told him about was attended to immediately. Arpit also very helpful! Thanks for everything!

Great House

My family and I spent 2 weeks here. A family of 6. The house was beautiful and there was so much room for everyone. We never felt like we were on top of each other, yet the layout of the house made every room feel connected and cozy. Pool, hot tub and grill were great. We used all 3 every single day. Don Gardner is probably the most service driven owner I have ever dealt with. He was very accommodating, professional and available to answer every question. He owns multiple properties but made me feel like I was his only client and our stay was the most important to him. My family and children specifically loved the house. They enjoyed it so much that on our last day as we were getting ready to leave they all asked if we could pack up the house and bring it home with us. I hope to be returning to the area soon so I can plan another stay here.

Terrible rental home.

The pool drain was broken, breaching federal law, causing a serious risk of entrapment. Seven panels of netting were split and open allowing mosquitoes into the pool area. A Ring surveillance camera had been installed covering the pool area without any warning on the VRBO site, or any information in the house. The lack of information and consent breached VRBO policy and was unlawful. The pool loungers were filthy. Don Gardner, the home manager, was unhelpful. We left the house early. This is the worst rental home we have stayed in over 30 years visiting Florida.
