Had a great time staying at Brian’s place. The condo had just about everything we needed for our stay. The place was clean, quiet and relaxing. The towels were nice and fluffy. Check in was easy. I didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it looked very nice. Thank you Brian for the opportunity to stay at your place.

Super clean and excellent set up! Great location to the ski hill and downtown. Brian was proactive in getting us all the details before our trip and super quick to respond to questions. 5 star host!!

This place is lovely and clean! This condo has enough place for our family of 5, and it has great amenities. We enjoyed the jacuzzi after a full day of skiing. Our kids enjoyed the arcade. The covered garage was a plus. A successful family vacation in the book! Thank you for having us!!

Clean, comfortable condo in a complex with nice amenities. Very convenient to Winter Park mountain, the shuttle system, and to downtown Winter Park. Brian is a great host who was able to help me out when Google Maps let me down (user error). The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our three night stay. Highly recommend.

We loved;First floor location with elevator from covered parking Covered parking Ski locker in garageOnly 200 steps from locker to bus stop Two hot tubs Wonderful on site management, Mary Lou and MelvinBar on site Host who was helpful and responded immediately each time we reached out to him Lots of pots, pans, etc for cooking including crock potOwner provided laundry podsIf we return to Winter Park, we will definitely try to book this condo again.

This stay was flawless! The unit was very clean and spacious with super comfy beds and all the kitchen items needed to make meals and keep thing simple. The ski shuttle was super convenient, just out the garage door with ski lockers in the underground garage. The unit has fun games, yoga mats, blankets for the couch and other thoughtful touches. The hot tubs in the complex were HOT and clean! The game room was fun for the kids too. We'll be back!

Exellent property with thoughtful touches throughout! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, lots of extra linens in the closets, easy keypad entry, and super soft towels. The location was easy to access and instructions were impeccable. We stayed to ski so the covered parking and ski lockers were wonderful. Common areas of the condo including pool, game room and lounge area were very clean. The condo itself was very clean, with one or two small oversights by the cleaning crew, and the owner was highly responsive when notified. The balcony access was fun and made it easy for the kids to play in the snow. The fireplace was a real highlight too! Excellent property and would stay here again!

Great to have covered safe parking. The place was clean, charmingly decorated, well stocked kitchen with any appliance or pan you may need, comfortable beds plenty of good pillows. Attentive host.
