PLEASE NOTE: OUR PROPERTIES RENT FOR A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

This condo is located two blocks from the 24th Street Stage and the Old Coast Guard Station & Museum. It is within walking distance to convenience stores, pharmacies, movie theaters, souvenir shops, and restaurants. Spend your vacation enjoying the sun and surf, walking or cycling on the Boardwalk and adjacent bike path, relaxing in the gentle ocean breezes from your oceanside balcony or taking in the vibrant night life along Atlantic Avenue!

The Historic Triangle of Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown & Jamestown, Busch Gardens Amusement Park, Water Country USA, and several outlet malls are only an hour drive away. The Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, Ocean Breeze Waterpark, and Motor World go carting are all a 5 minute drive away.

Kamla is a privately owned, 15 unit, 6 story, ocean front condominium complex located on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk between 21st and 22nd Street on Atlantic Avenue. This condo is a two bedroom, two and a half bath 1,250 sq. ft. end unit with elevator access. A private balcony is located on the beach side of the condo, showcasing endless ocean views and sunrises with sliding glass door access from the living/dining room. The primary bedroom balcony provides wonderful sunset views in late the afternoon, before the excitement of Atlantic Avenue comes alive.

The living room has a 40 inch HD TV with cable and DVD player.

The primary bedroom has a king-size sleigh bed, 2 night tables with lamps, double dresser, 32 inch flat screen TV, alarm clock, bath with Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has 2 double beds, 2 night tables with lamps, dresser, TV and full bath. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your private use. A half bathroom is located near the foyer. This condo has one assigned parking space, in the gated and covered garage. A limited number of unassigned spaces are also available in the gated area on a first come, first served basis.

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.

Family only. This is a strictly no pet, no smoking unit.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, weekly we have a 7 night minimum.

THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFF SEASON FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY FOR A MONTHLY RATE DEPENDING ON LEASE TERM!!!

The condo was great. It is a little dated but very comfortable. The location is amazing. Steps from the action and beach. The building is controlled access and that was nice. We fet very safe in the area going out day or night. One item to note thet has nothing to do with the condo, is the noise. The street noise is very loud - cars/motorcycles revving engines for show. The planes from the naval base fly over too, which we thought was cool, but it is loud.

VA Beach-Home away from home

My family and I enjoyed our stay! We vacation in VA Beach every summer. It was our first time staying at this property. Overall, everything was great! Very spacious and clean! The A/C in the master bedroom was not as cool as the other rooms. We did find a stand up fan in the closet which we used. It helped some. We would stay again. Margie and her Team were pleasant to work with.

The Kamla is centrally located on the strip. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, Music venues (17th & 24th street stages) and many activities for all ages like mini golf, flipper McCoy's, Dinosaur animatronics and haunted houses! Not to mention the shopping and of course the BEACH!

Great condo! Very clean and located in the heart of Atlantic Ave. The condo has two balconies- one is ocean front from the living area and the other is in the main bedroom which overlooks Atlantic Ave. It is quite loud as you are on a strip with all the nightlife happening- bars and shops play loud music, etc. but we were all so exhausted at the end of the day it didn’t matter much. The master bedroom was not bad but the 2nd bedroom did seem to collect the outside noise more. Great views of the ocean, only a few steps from the boardwalk and sand. They have a fully stocked kitchen and laundry washer and dryer which was nice! There is a few poor homeless chaps who sit on the benches below the building but they never bothered anyone at all. Nice as can be really but thought I’d mention it just in case. Overall, we’d absolutely stay here again.

Great place, amazing view!

Everything from booking to check in and out we’re easy as could be! Margie was great through the whole process. The condo was beautiful with a great view from both balconies. The night life around the area was crazy fun to observe from the bedroom balcony. The parking was a tight squeeze but the nice gentleman working was great with helping guide us to park easier each time. The bathrooms need some updating and some items in the condo need some repairs, but overall it was a great stay! We will definitely be back.

Condo is in a great location, very convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, etc… Some parts of condo have been recently renovated and rest is well taken care of. View off oceanfront balcony is beautiful.

Great location, large oceanfront unit with great view !! Everything we needed!! Restaurants, grocery store ,beach all within walking distance. Street traffic a little noisy on weekends. Definitely would stay again!!
