Near the Verde River and Prescott National Forest. Close to shopping, wine tasting, hiking and all the tourist attractions of Old Town Cottonwood, Jerome and Sedona. Seven minute drive to grocery stores. Ten minute drive to Old Town Cottonwood. Fifteen minute drive to Interstate 17. Twenty minutes to Jerome and thirty minutes to Sedona.

Soundproofed guest suite with two rooms (one bedroom and one living room) plus full bathroom. Private entrance with deck. Bedroom with queen size bed and memory foam mattress. Common room with dining table/desk and kitchenette.

Guest suite is accessed via a private entrance. The entire guest suite is your private space during the duration of your stay. Guest suite shares a soundproofed common wall with main house. Guests do not have access to any other portion of the main house.

Perfect stay for two people!

Perfect stay for two people. Enjoyed the private entrance and deck. Location was easy to find and able access other attractions in the area very easily. And unlike other VRBO offerings this was reasonably priced. There are lots of accommodations in the area and several casinos that offer rooms too. It is my opinion that except for this offering, many VRBO listings in this area are over-priced.

Great and comfortable location for exploring Cottonwood, Sedona, Jerome and surrounding area

Tamara's place was just right for us to visit friends in Cottonwood and explore the area. Suite was comfortable, spotlessly clean and had a well-appointed kitchenette. There was some confusion about check-in as VRBO had not updated her instructions with the info she had sent them. As soon as we contacted her, it was easy to get in. She was a gracious host. We would definitely stay there again.

Convenient to grocery store, department store, gas stations, restaurants, hiking trails. Also only 30 minutes from Sedona. Quiet, clean and comfortable. A great place to spend the night and cook some meals. Sit on the deck and star-gaze. Safe location for a single person or family. Tamara is a generous, gracious host. I would definitely stay there again.
