Clean, modern, cozy

We stayed at Paul’s place for a few months. This unit is in a quiet, small condominium, complex, full of friendly people. The unit itself is large for a 2br/2ba, and the layout is nice; the well-stocked kitchen is open to the dining room, which is open to the living area. The master bedroom is large, and features a master bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and the largest tub I’ve ever seen… We took a lot of luxurious baths! The decor is tasteful, and all the linens were like new. Paul was extremely communicative and friendly— just a text away if we had any questions. The location is perfect; you can walk to many restaurants, the best little gym (Castle Hill Fitness), and nearby Pease Park. Plus, it is a short drive or Uber downtown. Highly recommend this place! We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was very nice as well decorated. It has an excellent king bed in master, large bathroom and closet, and very adequate kitchen. Terrific view of the Capitol also. The owner was very attentive and took care of any minor issues.

Paul was very easy to work with— Immediately answered questions and requests. The property was newly remodeled, very tasteful and spotless. It was a nice layout and could easily accommodate 2 couples. Great location. I would highly recommend this rental.

Tranquil retreat worth way more than 5 stars!!!

My wife and I stayed here for a romantic getaway. We both work remote so during the day we worked and in the evening we had planned to enjoy the town. To be honest - we hardly wanted to leave. The view of the capitol, from the kitchen, was such a perfect working sight. I even caught my wife singing while she was working because she was so relaxed. The stress seemed to just melt away the entire duration of our stay!! We cooked a delicious meal in the kitchen and my wife is now begging me for a new dishwasher because she liked this one so much. It's so nice staying in a fully furnished condo where you can stay in and cook a romantic meal and be able to not feel like you are sacrificing any of the comforts of home. The living area is super chill (you could say, zen even) and comfortable. It looks out onto the patio which overlooks the green area/garden. I cannot even get over the bathroom - so spacious, huge tub, double sinks, fluffy towels, double shower heads...did I mention we didn't want to leave? The bed and bedding was so comfortable that I even took pics of the tags and I plan to order the linens for our bed at home. Even the pillows were perfect. One soft and one firm for each side. I am a pillow snob and wasn't disappointed - which was lucky since we forgot ours at home. Another thing we are discussing adding to our bedroom is down lighting over the head of the bed. Hotel lamps that are geared towards reading in bed have nothing on the dimmable lights in the master. Big win for us! Having a reserved covered space for our vehicle was so nice. I hate walking from the noisy parking lot of a hotel and thru the lobby - this experience is so homey when you just step out of your vehicle - go up the elevator and right into your unit. You don't have to worry about keeping an umbrella with your or getting wet if there is a bit of rain. The complex is so quiet and felt so private. We never ran into a single other tenant. The location couldn't be more perfect! We are Lifetime Fitness members and I walked to the gym less than half a mile away and stopped at Whole Foods on the way back with dinner! If we didn't enjoy cooking so much there are at least 5 (if not more) restaurants you can walk to. Paul was so accommodating and ensured our stay remained stress free by letting us know he was right there should we need anything. We will be staying here next time we are in Austin. Hands down best stay we've had in a long time and we cannot wait to go back!!!
