Conveniently located near the beach and downtown Rehoboth, you can walk to almost anywhere in Rehoboth from this location.....Walk down to the boardwalk, beach and amusements, all of which are close by! Convenient to everything, yet peaceful and quiet.

If you want to shop, this house is just a short drive to TAX FREE OUTLET shopping, movies, and more!

Walk 2 blocks to town for your morning paper and coffee, or settle in for breakfast at one of the great morning spots. You can also enjoy your morning cup of coffee (or any meal/beverage) while dining on the screened-in porch of this home.

There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off, or showering with hot and cold water. Wireless (free) internet is available. A bike rack is also located in the back for locking up your bike. (There is a bike path now from Rehoboth to Lewes- this is one of the best things Sussex County has ever done!) Off-street parking for one vehicle is included in rental.
