We fit 9 people in this house, (5 adults and 4 kids.) plenty of room for a large party! House was clean and as advertised, kitchen was well stocked with spices, dishes, utensils, and cookware. Mattresses are soft, there's only one nightstand per master bedroom, and no side tables or chest of drawers in the other two rooms. Pool was nice, noise ordinance was a little annoying, but manageable. Overall we all enjoyed our stay.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We’re delighted to hear the home had plenty of space for your group and that the pool, game room, and kitchen setup made your stay enjoyable. We appreciate your feedback regarding the mattresses and bedroom furnishings. We’re always looking for ways to improve comfort and layout, and your notes help guide future updates. The noise ordinance is a city requirement for all licensed Anaheim short-term rentals, and while we know it can feel restrictive at times, we’re glad it was still manageable for your stay. We’re truly grateful you chose our home and are happy to hear your group enjoyed the visit overall.

The property was in a perfect location for Disneyland. It was a 30 ish minute walk from door to front gate because you have to walk through downtown Disney to get there. The outside near the back door smelled like mold but we just avoided that area. The communication with the host was iffy prior to arrival. It took them almost a month past when the second payment was due to actually take the payment. Once we arrived the communication was excellent though. Finding the laundry was tricky but we found it, in the garage, and the host was quick to respond with the code to get in. We didn't use the game tables because they were in the garage and it was very hot in there and you can't open the big garage door so that was a bummer. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of kitchen items and the first aid kit was definitely helpful.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the location worked so well for your Disneyland trip and that your family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the well‑stocked kitchen and first aid kit. We appreciate you pointing out a few things that need attention. We’re updating our pre‑arrival communication process to prevent delays like the one you experienced with the second payment. We’re also improving the laundry instructions so they’re easier to follow. Regarding the game tables, the garage can get hot, and city regulations don’t allow us to open the main garage door or add AC/ventilation. We do provide fans. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad your stay was enjoyable overall and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Thank you for a comfortable stay! The property is well kept, roomy and plenty of space for our group of 8 adults. The house had everything needed and then some. Well stocked with anything you might need to prepare meals, enjoy the pool and stay entertained! Pool did not seem as warm as expected but the spa was wonderful.
