Our modern vacation villa in centrally located Southwest Cape Coral enchants with an inviting saltwater pool and hot tub spa right on the quiet freshwater canal. From the private dock on the water, you'll enjoy spectacular sunsets over the expansive canal basin. The spacious pool deck and covered terrace are ideal spots for sunbathing or having a proper BBQ with the gas grill.

The villa offers generous comfort for up to 6 people with its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the large open living area with open kitchen. The primary suite features a king-size bed and the large adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub.

The entire house has high-speed internet via WiFi, and the separate office makes workations a pleasure. For those who prefer to leave work at home, all three bedrooms and the living room are equipped with large smart TVs.

Beautifully decorated with many modern amenities. Loved the sliding lanai doors that opened up fully making your living space so much larger. Enjoyed gazing at canal (birds, kayakers, pontoon and fishing boats and we even saw otters on numerous occasions) while lounging around the pool. Unfortunately we stayed when CC had their coldest week in about 35 years so we couldn’t enjoy the pool or hot tub. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had almost everything we needed.(No blender for smoothies) All in all it was a very relaxing month out of the frigid Ohio weather.
