This home, set near the end of Folly Island in a beautiful area, is perfect for those seeking a relaxing beach retreat. After a long day of sun and surf, shower off the salt in the outdoor shower, prepare dinner in the full kitchen, and then settle in front of the wood-burning fireplace for the evening.



What’s nearby:

Grab a bike and visit Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve, just over a mile away. For a small donation, you can walk or bike through the preserve to enjoy views of the Morris Island Lighthouse. Hop in the car and head just under three miles away to downtown Center Street to enjoy unique shops, restaurants, the pier, and more. During your stay, a visit to Historic Downtown Charleston is a must. Within 14 miles, you can enjoy endless sightseeing, shopping, and southern cuisine.

Perfect spot for a family!

We enjoyed how private the beach felt! Barely anybody else out there; the beach access was great! Beds were comfortable, kitchen and gathering area was nice and big, and not too far from restaurants and fun! (While being far enough from the noise and hubbub) Management was very responsive. (Bath tub jets didn’t work, but was not listed as an amenity.

The location was perfect for us. Short drive from restaurants, but right on the beach. Can’t beat the price. Very quiet part of Folly during the offseason. Fantastic!

Overall nice place to stay. Amazing views of the Ocean and very peaceful. One of the very minor issues is that many of the Blinds are broken on the Windows but there is still a ton of privacy.

Wedding Week Rental

My wife and I stayed here in the days leading up to and after our wedding which was also on Folly Beach. We LOVED the house and especially the location right on the beach. We spent a lot of time on both decks and highly recommend staying here. We hope to come back soon!

Love the beach access. This part of the beach is quiet and perfect for walking or just sitting. The shrubbery do somewhat clutter the view from the deck, but over all it is a really nice place. Recommend it for sure.

Enjoyed our stay. Love that there is both a screened in and open Deck. Also a nice deck with seating on the short board walk across the dunes to beach. Nice location midway between The Cut and the Lighthouse. House it’s self is comfortable. Good layout. Would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to others.
