The property is well maintained and was very clean. We had a crew of 14 with an age range of 2-72. Everyone had a great time. Mattresses were comfortable and there was adequate hot water. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed sunrise and sunsets and a lot of beach time. The fact that it was pet friendly was Great.

Exceptional property, very clean, updated property that has plenty of room for family gatherings. The master suite is massive with a 2nd living area. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need including a coffee station. The view from the decks are incredible, watched the sun come up each morning while enjoying coffee.

The house was really beautiful. It was very clean and stocked with absolutely anything you might need. The mattresses were great. The water pressure was fantastic and no one ran out of hot water at any time. Kenneth was also very helpful, quick to respond, and easy to talk to.

The house had everything you could think of or might need. I’ve never stayed somewhere with so many things stocked in case you forget something (plenty of trash bags, spices, full coffee bar and more). It’s a short distance to the water with great views also from inside. The owner was excellent, very quick to reply and made sure we had everything we needed plus offered dining suggestions, tide schedule etc. The only downside I found were all the steps. (There is an elevator but we only used it for luggage moving, our kids had to help us figure out how to use it). I would highly recommend this place!
