Charming 2-Bedroom Cabin Nestled on Craig Creek in Eagle Rock, Virginia

NEW! HVAC FOR CENTRAL AIR AND HEAT! Nestled along Craig Creek and sitting on 2.5 acres. This cozy cabin offers 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a second with two twin beds, all with gel foam mattresses and high end bedding. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are blackout curtains perfect for a good night's sleep! The bathroom features a bathtub w/ shower, oversized Hotel Collection towels, wash cloths and hand towels. There is also a hair dryer for your convenience. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need for cooking, grilling and even making S'mores (no spices are provided, other than salt/pepper, PAM and olive oil) (you will also need to bring food storage bags or food storage containers). In the living room, you'll find a comfy queen bed and ceiling fan to unwind after a day of exploring the outdoors. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, living room and dining area. With heating and Air to keep you comfortable, this peaceful retreat is the perfect spot for an enjoyable getaway. Go out for a hike, bike ride, fish, kayak or swim, you are steps away from the creek and can fish from the dock. When you return/finish your plans for the day, come back to relax and unwind in the 6 person hot tub, plenty of space to relax w/ a propane fire pit to keep you cozy outside of the hot tub. Or, build a fire in the wood burning fire pit and relax by the fire in the open field! You can grill and dine outdoors under the Large Pavilion! You decide on how you would like to grill w/ a choice of a gas or Blackstone grill! There is also a small charcoal grill! There are 6 adult kayaks and 3 youth kayaks and paddles. There are tubes and floats available for summer creek use. **Guests are responsible for any damage to the kayaks, paddles, tubes and floats and are used at your own risk.** There is a small indoor dining table w/ 2 benches and an outdoor table w/ 4 chairs and chairs w/ umbrella w/ lights. There are multiple solar lights around the decks and pavilion. My cabin is approximately a 5 minute drive to Roaring Run Loophole Trail for hiking, sightseeing, fishing or picnicking! You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place! There are 3 Outdoor Ceiling Fans for cooling off while grilling, dining or relaxing under pavilion. You will need to bring firewood for the wood burning fire pit. There are exterior cameras at all entrances, all cameras are turned off upon guest arrival for privacy.

Perfect, pet-friendly cabin close to great hikes and beautiful Mountain View’s. We enjoyed cooling off in the creek after a day of hiking and sitting on the porch looking at the stars. We had a wonderful visit.

Good view of the mountain from the front porch. The creek was warm and gentle. The property and house was very clean and well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed. The Blackstone grill was a welcome addition as well as the fans under the awning. Beautiful property and very communicative host.

A Perfect Riverfront Getaway!This was our second time staying at this lovely rustic cabin—we even came during the winter!—and it was just as amazing as the first time.After long days of hiking, relaxing in the hot tub was absolute perfection. We loved taking the canoes out on the river, playing the games provided, and watching the local wildlife like deer and ducks right near the property.A huge thank you to our host, who is so kind, sweet, and easy to talk to. They always treat my husband and myself well and make sure our stay is special. We cannot wait to come back again!

This cute little cabin was the perfect getaway for my wife and I, but would also be a lovely place to bring the kids! Place was clean and comfortable. Beautiful little creek on the property looks like it would be nice for swimming when the weather is warm. Kitchen is stocked with just about anything you could need. Just make sure you don't forget anything, the store (any store) is a bit of a hike lol. Host was very nice and made communication easy. All-in-all we had a lovely weekend, highly recommended!

The Ultimate Mountain Reset – A Hidden Gem on the River!We had an incredible 8-day stay at this cabin, and I honestly cannot recommend it enough! If you are looking for a cozy, quiet reset nestled in the mountains, this is absolutely the place to be. The location is breathtaking, offering a private slice of paradise with beautiful riverfront access right on the property.From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in was a breeze, and settling in felt effortlessly like coming home. We spent our days soaking up the peaceful mountain views from the deck and our evenings unwinding by the massive fire pit—it was the perfect way to disconnect.A massive thank you to our host, Tammy, who was genuinely sweet and responsive to any questions we had. While this trip was just my husband and me, the property is welcoming and spacious enough that it would be a fantastic getaway for families with kids as well. We are already planning our return trip for the spring or summer to experience the river in the warm weather! Do yourself a favor and book this spot.

This property is a hidden gem! We met my husband's brother and his wife for the weekend for some family time. We had a wonderful time relaxing on the deck and visiting. The creek beside the cabin was great, we spent the day Saturday kyacking. This cabin has everything you need from a stocked kitchen to lots of games for indoor and outdoor fun. Not to mention the large hot tub. You will not regret visiting this property, it has everything you could ever need. Tammy, our host, was so nice and very helpful. She kept in contact with me throughout the weekend to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We were very happy and we will be returning!
