Escape to a delightful 3-bedroom house in Oak Bluffs, just down the street from a lagoon pond, perfect for swimming, boating and shell fishing. An updated home within 18-20 minutes walking distance or 5-minute drive to Oak Bluffs center or Inkwell beach. This charming property boasts an open 1st floor plan which includes a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area with a large table for all to gather around. Guests can enjoy the large living room with an expansive sectional couch and a wide screen TV. The 1st floor also includes a den/office with built in desk, comfy seating and small TV. There are two 1st floor guest bedrooms, One with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Adjacent is a first-floor bath with a tiled shower and a washer/dryer combo. On the 2nd floor, there is a private ensuite bedroom with a king-sized bed, a TV in the armoire, a walk-in closet, and bathroom with a jetted bathtub and spacious walk-in shower. A finished basement area offers a queen sofa bed and room for lounging and enjoying a large screen TV or recreation. Outside, enjoy lovely grassy back and side lawns, the brick patio with a wood burning fireplace, front and side decks, a weber gas grill, and an outside shower. This home has central a/c to make your stay more comfortable on hot summer days. Off-street parking on the premises for 3 cars. Our names are Neal and Sue and we are the homeowners of this property. We have been coming to Martha's Vineyard for many years both to visit relatives and to explore the Vineyard's exceptional offerings. We bought this home in the summer of 2025 because of its close proximity to the beaches, towns, restaurants, hiking trails and the opportunities to experience cultural activities and events. We have been making improvements and renovations to our home and are now excited to share it with others wanting to experience the Island.

Neal has owned and managed rental properties for over 25 years. He places great emphasis on providing clean and well-functioning homes to his renters. He is a very handy homeowner who is extremely reliable, responsive and conscientious. Sue feels that providing a welcoming and comfortable home to vacationers makes their experience positive and memorable. She is communicative and resourceful. She makes sure the home is well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies and tries to make guests feel like they are in their own home.
Both Neal and Sue feel a vacation should be as stress free as possible so that guests know they are valued and appreciated.
