This unit was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit along the harbor and a quick drive over to the Cliff Walk/Mansions.The property management team addressed an issue with one of the a/c units right away and kept me updated through the process of having it replaced.

Excellent location, very nice spot at a reasonable price considering the market. Nice and spacious. Only one mild critique: it’s an older building so the door into the actual room on the second floor was slightly warped from age, so opening and closing the door was a bit of a pain. Other than that I really can’t think of a single complaint. It’s a beautiful, well-appointed, comfortable space with a lot of room to relax and cook/hang out. Extremely convenient gas station/corner store just a few blocks down and on the main strip of Thames.

The listing indicated two bedrooms however there were three. It was a pleasant surprise! We really appreciated being able to sit and talk in the living room, as this was a getaway 2-night trip for four friends. Convenient to the downtown shopping area. The parking space is very tight, but our Honda Pilot was able to fit along with a car for renters of another unit.

We had a great stay at this property in Nantucket. The house was in an ideal spot walking distance to town. Everything was clean and we had everything that we needed for the stay. We would definitely stay here again.
