Hibiscus Resort
Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located in ocean front resort on Butler Beach. Granite counters, new living room furniture, new carpet in bedrooms and tile floors in main living areas. Master bedroom has own private bath. Pull out sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Enjoy the three pools (one heated) as well as two hot tubs, and private boardwalk to beach. If you choose you can drive on the beach rather than walk! 4x4 is recommended! Outdoor gas grills located poolside for grilling. We are located on the third floor, walk up to our unit.

You’ll love being on Anastasia Island ! Short drive to Old City with many restaurants and grocery stores close by ! This is a great family resort and down the road from beautiful, historic St. Augustine!

Great property & location!

This is a great condo, and you can't beat the price. We had some scheduling changes that came up and ended up extending (was lucky enough that the condo was available) and the owners were great to work with! They were very flexible and reachable. It is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and there is private access to the beach that's about a 10 min walk from the condo. They do provide everything you need which is great! We only live a couple hours away, so we did bring our own beach stuff and ended up driving on the beach every morning to get set up and then walk back & forth to condo as needed throughout the day. Everything was great!

The property was in a great location. Lots of dinner & breakfast options close by. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the sunrise & sunset from the rooftop. The host was very responsive & easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and spacious! We would stay again!

Great property and owner!

This property is the perfect fit to enjoy exercise,the beach and the natural setting nearby! We loved the south facing location of the balcony as the mornings were nice in the shade before the intense heat if the Florida sunshine! The condo was furnished very nicely with very comfortable beds and sofa. Everything you need in the kitchen you will find! Grateful for this generous option to enjoy the holiday with our adult children.

amazing location! beach, pools, and 15-20min drive to downtown. Publix and restaurants so close that you didn't have to go downtown if you wanted to stay close. Lisa's place is great! cozy, warm, and comfy. instantly felt like I was home. Def a return visit in my future :)

Awesome place, needs elevator

Nice place. Pictures are exactly how it looks. Should advertise it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and that you can drive on the beach. Walk to the beach is a bit far when loaded with stuff.

Fantastic!

The location of this condo is wonderful only a short 15 min ride to the city easy getting around! Great sunsets from the living room and balcony, sunrises from the roof top deck! The beach was beautiful and a short walk away there was a cart to use for all your beach gear which was very helpful.. Pools were perfect but not heated at the time of our stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Just be ready for the three flights of stairs but well worth it, we hope to be back in the future!! I have already recommend it to a few friends! Oh and bring a cooler! :)

An overall good experience!

Unit was as described and definitely was worth the money. The property itself was a bit dated. It seems like the build was under a bit of renovations as the hallway leading up to the unit had quite a few holes cut out on the drywall, including one hole in the ceiling of the unit in one of the bedrooms. The hallway also could have used some paint and new carpet. Thankfully you can't judge a unit by its hallway. The walk to the beach was 7 minutes.

Beautiful beach

The Hibiscus is our go to when staying in St Augustine. And we were pleased with this unit. First thing my daughter said when walking in was 'it smells so pretty in here' Everything we needed, the beach cart was invaluable! Plenty of towels and nice little touches like a bowl of travel size toiletries, and a cabinet with extras like lotion, after sun, sunscreen, and even feminine supplies. Quiet pools and the nicest, cleanest, most powder fine sand beach you could ever ask for. Only a 15 min drive to Historic St Augustine. Look closely on the beach, you may find some sea glass or sharks teeth! 3rd floor was less than fun but it was what we signed up for. The beach is about a 5 min easy walk through the resort.

The building needs work. The painters were there just a few hours in the week we were there and it wasn't raining. Not impressed with the property management. We had the deck furniture stored in our condo the whole time we were there. We were never told that we had to sacrifice our condo for furniture storage regarding the external maintenance until we got there. Not happy with that at all. I didn't pay to look at painters and not use the deck on the condo. The view from the deck was a vacant lot and a trailer park. If I would have known that I wouldn't have selected the property (NO WAY). The bathroom fan in the master bathroom is very loud. I think the bearing is going out. All furniture on the top deck was unusable. Rusted and falling apart. Pathetic.

Fantastic hosts! Great communication and quick response. They provide all the information you'll need for a fun and relazing stay.This unit sits on a quiet stretch of Butler beach. Friendly neighbors, clean neighborhood and some fun amenities. We didnt use the pools but they were beautiful. The beach access was a little confusing to us at first but we got there and wow, it is the best stretch of beach we have stayed at on the Atlantic. The unit itself is clean comfortable and stocked like your home away from home. Stop at Walmart and pick up your groceries and your set to make whatever meals you desire. The rooftop patio was a treat. The unit itself has a great Western view of the sunset but if you climb up to the top you can see the sunrise over the Atlantic or the sunset over beautiful St John's County. We highly recommend this property and these hosts!

We loved our week long stay in this nice condo! It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. This is a 3rd floor unit - which would be nice to add to the listing. We did fine but it was challenging for my mom on her knees to climb the stairs daily.

We had an amazing family vacation here! Convenient parking right at the condo. The rooms were all clean and had plenty of toiletries. Nice balcony. They had a Roku with Netflix, etc for the kids to unwind when needed. There are several pools, grilles, and other amenities all convenient distance to the room. Not a long walk at all to the beach. Overall very happy with our stay and hope to return next summer!
