Welcome to this enchanting bungalow in Little Compton. It's a dreamy spot for couples and families, nestled next to a horse farm at the end of a private country laneway. Three bedrooms and four bathrooms, featuring one queen bed, two twin beds, and one full bed. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Wraparound porch, fully equipped cook's kitchen, Accented by a wood burning stove, standard fireplace and outdoor shower. Close to the beach, and town tennis courts. Perfect for getting away from it all.

We have stayed in many different properties in Little Compton. My family agreed this one was our favorite by far. It is even better in person than in the photos. The house and property are so dreamy as is the neighborhood. Very private location. The house was stocked with everything and more you might need. It was so charming - we cannot wait to return next summer!

The house is beautifully furnished and situated at the end of a 1/2 mile dirt road in the woods. There is a horse farm next door and the setting is lovely with a wrap around porch. We experienced a few issues, the ac and clothes dryer were both broken for the length of our stay. The host was receptive in trying to facilitate a repair but it didn’t happen while we were there. We do understand that things break. However, the bigger issue is that the 2 downstairs bedrooms are in a basement without any windows or alternate exits. The basement has an air circulation system that blows hot air on one side of the space making the basement warm and the air stagnate. The host explained this is to prevent mold in the basement. And at the top of the stairs to the basement the host stores a gas-powered moped with gasoline cans. We did not feel it was safe to sleep in the two basement bedrooms. My family members slept on the couch the first night and air mattresses for the remainder of our stay on the main floor. Luckily we had the ability to get air mattresses on short notice.

The home was perfect for the weekend we planned. The house was spotless and had the room we needed for guests. It had a great outdoor space for hanging out and activities. Would highly recommend to others and will definitely revisit for a longer stay in the future :)
