We had a great time staying here. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Everything felt well thought out, and we especially appreciated the small office desk—such a nice touch.The location was perfect with easy beach access, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.Will be back in summer to enjoy the waters!

Great location and the host was super easy to talk to and very responsive. The house was exactly what was advertised and more. It was clean and provided plenty of room for our family of 6. There were actually two extra beds that I didn’t realize were there.

Home was clean. The picnic table and patio furniture is a nice touch and a great place to hangout. Ash is great and helpful. The only inaccurate part of the listing is that it says garage parking is available. There is no garage, you just park under the home but it’s not a big deal. I’d stay again.

There was mold in property and in vents . A dead fish at entrance of door . Cracks onWalls . Dirty restroom . These things need to be disclosed upfront especially for health reasons . It is a health hazard . I walked in and out rightaway . Requested a refund and the host keeps telling this is normal ….no way is this normal I would rather stay home safe than stay at a place likeThis .

We take pride in our home’s pristine condition, transparent communication, and high cleanliness standards. We extended extraordinary flexibility to this guest by accommodating two separate date reschedules at no charge (Once citing booking error and second time citing accident). Unfortunately, the guest arrived in direct violation of our house rules with undisclosed additional occupants and a pet on a single-guest reservation. The guest hardly unpacked and left abruptly. We immediately inspected and documented the property condition due to this host deparure and also confirmed zero mold presence by wiping the dust off the ac vent documented. When an immediate full refund was declined due to clear policy violations, the guest resorted to reputational threats and retaliatory claims. We stand firmly behind the quality, cleanliness, and integrity of our home.
