House was perfect for a few moms getting together for unc mom-son weekend. Each of us had our own room. Kitchen well stocked. Convenient and safe location. Easy coming and going. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and floor plan for our family’s stay in Chapel Hill. Renovations and decor were appealing. Beds were comfortable. Nice kitchen countertop appliances available. We were out and about during the days and evening so the smallish living room was not a downside for us, and the seating was comfortable and flexible when we were there.

This VRBO is well apportioned with everything you need. Coffee bar was excellent. You could choose from French press, brewed coffee, or even Keurig. Plus, there is an electric tea pot to heat water quickly for French press or hot tea. Situated between Durham and Chapel Hill, it is very easy to find good places to eat and things to do. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Our host, Carmen, was great: polite and very responsive. Everything is provided from garbage bags to soap, conditioner and shampoo. Easy to move into and out of.

Carmen is a great hostess! She attended to special requests we made and responded to communications right away. She has put a great deal of care into decorating this adorable remodeled cottage.
