My husband and I stayed this past weekend and could not have been more pleased. The communication for check in was excellent. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The location was excellent within walking distance to downtown GMF. We will definitely stay again

Great for Young Kids!

Our family loved our stay in this cozy little mountain town. We have three young toddlers and this was a great place for us. Highly recommend for families!

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay. The house was very comfortable and perfect for our four kids. The location is amazing with great restaurants within east walking distance and a beautiful pond with unique fountains that light up beautifully in the evening. Easy access to lots of great attractions—would definitely recommend!

Great location

A cute cottage with everything we needed. The property managers were easy to communicate with. We especially liked the location: close to the lake, playground, Blue Moose Tavern and the Pantry. Would stay here again.

The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is no where on the listing does it mention this house does not have air conditioning. This is probably not an issue 11 months of the year but I would not have booked this house in July had I known. Everything else was great! Also, be aware this house does not actually have a lake view but it is only steps away from the lake. Was a little disappointed by our view at the house but the area itself is breathtaking!

Excellent place to stay!

We would definitely stay again! My grandma actually lived in this town 65 years ago. She now lives in Colorado Springs. And she drove up to meet us there to have breakfast at the pantry!

So glad we came back

This is our 2nd time back and it was as amazing as ever! Cabin was clean and perfect for our family. We got to enjoy seeing deer and geese right outside. We'll be back again!

A different host canceled on us at the last minute and we thought our trip was ruined. My goodness did we luck up because this little cottage was so much better for our family! The property was super clean. It was an absolutely perfect location in a quiet tiny community. Our kids enjoyed exploring and hiking and it was conveniently close to the activities we'd planned. The host was kind and checked in on us to make sure our arrival was smooth. They provided a detailed list to go over before departure. Communication exceeded our expectations and was seemless. We'll look for this little gem again next time we're out this way!

Loved it here

It is a beautiful area with mountain views, hiking swimming eating ect. The cottage is clean and cozy, the fireplace is nice and its stocked with all your needs. Hope to make it a yearly thing. I'd definitely go back

Perfect for groups of any age

We loved the house and the location. The home was clean and they provided a pack n play as well as high chair which saved us so much room in the car. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and you can’t beat the location. Walking distance from a few great places to eat and so close to lots of great attractions. Would love to come back again!

perfect spot

Was in the area for a family reunion . Some family members staying elsewhere in the area were jealous of our little cozy summer house by the lake. The house itself is indeed clean, well stocked and cozy. It's also a perfect location!! It's nicely tucked away in a quiet area, but within walking distance to great food . It was also super accessible to other local sites we were interested in visiting.

Do it .You won’t regret it !!!

We had 4 couples stay in town as well. They were jealous of our place. Plenty of space and cozy. There’s a washer and drier. It’s a magical little town. Everyone is so friendly and warm. The views are incredible. We even saw a deer in the yard.
