Welcome to our Luxury Log Cabin, located on the popular "Golden Circle" Only 45 min from Reykjavik & 17 km from Selfoss.

The Cabin has 2 cosy bedrooms & large sleeping loft with a pull-out sofa + Queen bed. We have 2x 50" Ultra HD Wi-Fi Smart TV + Satellite on both floors

You will love the panorama, beautiful view over south Iceland FROM THE HOT TUB and if you are lucky, you can even see the Amazing Northern Lights ( winter time )

Yes, we also have a steaming hot Sauna !

Wonderful Central location

We had a wonderful Icelandic vacation. This house in a great location. Right in the middle of the Golden Circle - an hour away from Reykjavik - 20 min from Selfoss.

Cozy cabin close to sightseeing

We loved adventuring around the Golden Circle and Þingvellir National Park during the day, then coming home to this cozy cabin every evening. It made for the perfect Iceland experience! Even Vik and the South Coast was within an easy day’s drive. Every direction from the place was scenic, including the view from the sauna! Would recommend for both couples, and plenty of room for families as well.

Family trip to Iceland

Just spent a week at the cabin with my family of 4 (kids are 12 and 15). The cabin had everything you’d need for a family trip. Loved having the sauna and hot tub after chilly days seeing the sights. Jon checked in with me right away to make sure we got in ok (we did!). Highly recommend this cabin!

Beautiful cabin with all the mod cons. Real designer decor and facilities. Soaking in the hot tub was the highlight of the children’s holiday. Well placed for riding at Esteford, Gaysir, Thingvellir National Park and Gullfoss. Also went to the not very secret hotel pool at Gamla Laugaten (spelling?), which when not busy was great. Well placed for supermarkets and only about 50 mins from Reykjavik.

Why they chose this property

The view is just something to die for! You can see all of the southeast of Iceland, the cabin is located on the side of the mountain "Búrfell" and you have lava and moss all around you. Around July - Sept you can pick berries around our cabin in the Moss, its very nice and tasty :-)

What makes this property unique

1 - There are very nice golf courses in the neighberhood.
2 - You have a swimming pool near by ( 10 min drive ) and at Selfoss ( 20 min drive ) you can shop all food you need and get all basic service.
3 - Gullfoss is one of the most popular tourist attraction and you can drive there ( 30-40 min drive )
4 - Geysir is also of the most popular tourist attraction and you can drive there ( 30-40 min drive )
5 - You have also horse rentals near by ( 20 min drive )
