Very cute home, well-stocked kitchen, good location. Kids loved the bunk room. Outdoor shed came with beach wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, and yard toys. 15-min walk to beach. Owner very friendly and responsive.

We were part of a sailing crew and spent one night at Sundrop, but wished that we had more time. The house is charming, fully updated, spotless and has great amenities, such as a perfectly-groomed backyard complete with all the beach toys you’d ever want, plus an outdoor bar and fire pit. We didn’t have time to use those, but looked longingly at them as we left early in the morning for our second day of racing. Highly recommended!

Everything as advertised. My only suggestion is giving availability for the client to send a text to the property owner after the reservation was over. The app did not allow for contact with the property owner. I wanted to inform the property owner that the propane tank only had 10 minutes of propane and the back up tank was empty.
