Community amenities include a large resort-style swimming pool with a fountain, lounge seating, restrooms, tennis courts, and a two-story observation deck with sweeping coastal views.

Inside, Cook House offers three thoughtfully designed levels of living space, ideal for larger groups and multi-generational families. The lower level features three inviting bedrooms, including the home's primary king suite with a private bath, garden tub, walk-in shower, and access to a covered deck. Two additional guest bedrooms—one king and one queen—each include en-suite bathrooms and direct deck access, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.

The main level serves as the heart of the home, with an open-concept living and dining area showcasing Gulf views and a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. Important Notes: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this home and must remain present throughout the stay. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, and smoking is strictly prohibited. A maximum of four vehicles is allowed per HOA regulations.
