A ring camera with an additional camera is above the front door and overlooks the front deck and front yard. One Camera above the primary bedroom balcony overlooks the front yard. One Camera on the side of the home overlooks the side of the home, and One Camera over the garage that overlooks the driveway



Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.



Other Things to Note:

Maximum Parking for unit at any given time is 8 vehicles. Parking is located in the back of the home where there are two garages that can fit two vehicles each and the driveway which can accommodate 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited per city ordinance.



Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.

Not Pet Friendly



Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.



Interaction with Guests:

An arrival email will be sent during the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.
