Ocean view and more! This is a beautiful 3 Bedroom, 4 Bath, Split level home with a private pool on the ocean. The large upper level lanai is a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The view is amazing from here, whether you’re watching the family in the pool below, the view of the ocean, or watching the sky change colors as the sun sets. After the sun has set the view even gets better. The light’s on the southern shoreline reflecting on the ocean creates a picture perfect memorable and romantic night. There are two master bedrooms with private bathrooms, large California King Bed’s and ocean view. There are two other bedrooms one has a King bed that can be broken down to two twins if needed and the last is two twin beds. The upper level kitchen is very well equipped for all your food preparing and cooking comforts. There is a 3/4 kitchen on the lower level that is also very well equipped minus the stove and cook top. Other amenities included in the house: Parking for 3 cars. One in the carport behind automated gate, two more along the street, washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player, portable BBQ, ceiling fans, whole house stereo on upper level, ping pong table, outdoor shower.

The house was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the whole family. The pool right in front of the crashing waves is amazing, and we saw sea turtles, spinner dolphins, and many bright tropical fish. The kitchen is so well stocked, even a griddle and a rice cooker! Location is great, close to downtown and between two nice small beaches. I highly recommend this property.

The view was spectacular. Everything was as advertised, but there was issues with the mechanical systems. AC upstairs was ineffective toilets had an issue with clogging and running.

This was our second time here and the place remains a hidden gem! Such a beautiful location, fully stocked beach house. Was here for our 30th anniversary with our two adult kids and new son in law (5 total). Perfect size and the A/C in the rooms was great. This is such a great stay, look forward to coming back again!

This is an amazing house - the huge lanai is jaw-dropping with its views of the ocean right below and the sunsets. We dined out here most evenings and spent a lot of time reading in the comfy chairs and listening to the waves. The kitchen is fully equipped, we cooked dinner in every night and found everything we needed to cook anything we wanted. Another big plus is the inclusion of beach necessities like boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling gear; basically everything you need to head to the beach for the day. The pool is perfect for cooling down in the afternoon too. All the basics were covered too -the house was extremely clean, the host responsive to questions and the beds very comfortable. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

This was an absolutely beautiful home and the views were absolutely amazing. A short walk to two different beaches and we were able to see lots of sea life while there. Lots of yellow tangs and other fish right off the sea wall and a pod of dolphins as well as whales swimming in front of the house.

Gorgeous place-As advertised. Stunning ocean front view and a spacious layout. Well equipped kitchen and two separate dining areas, an inside one and an outside one. Loved every aspect of this beautiful home! Great host communication.

The Host was so accommodating. We were allowed to remain in the house an extra 2 hours. There was a swimming pool, pool table and the Lanai was wonderful. We had dinners outside and spent most of the time there. The house was perfect for our family of 8. My grandson loved that he could fish since the ocean was so close to the house.

Amazing house - spacious, clean, and beautiful! The house has a large, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of dining space, inside and out. Amazing location - spectacular views of the ocean and pool. I could sit on the lanai all day and watch the waves breaking over the lava rock! It was the perfect vacation home for our family of eight!

This home has everything we could have wished for. It sits facing west within inches of the lava coast. There were times we thought the waves would wash over the low wall separating the lovely lap pool from the waves. It was spotless and welcoming. The manager was available to answer any of our questions. We will be back!

Had a great stay here with another family, 4 adults and 4 teens. The ocean views here are spectacular. House was very clean and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen and available use of beach equipment. We had a family game night with the available games. We didn't turn on any of the TV's the time we were there. Good location close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Would stay again!
