A spacious space to relax for two. Master suite with private entrance. Large bathroom (tub/shower) and french doors that open to a private patio to outdoor gardens and pool. Outdoor private dining area with seating and efficiency kitchen.
After a day and night of exploring Sarasota and all it has to offer, come relax by the open air pool as look at the stars surrounded by lush tropical foliage. The location allows you to walk to Sarasota Bay, Selby Gardens and the South Side Village. We offer an espresso machine for you to enjoy and the birds will offer their wake up song!

This property is NOT FOR YOU if you want to cook all your meals and live here during your entire stay. This property IS FOR YOU if want a relaxing place to return to after you explore Sarasota and attend events in the area.

The rooms were very clean, has an outside kitchette, with an electric stove, AirFryer, and a small fridge. Plates, utensils, expresso machine, plus a real coffee pot. The bed was excellent, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe!!

Sarasota and Villa Rosa did not disappoint. Villa Rosa was clean and the host amazing. We enjoyed a relaxing pool day then walked to the Bay area for good drinks and food. Everything we needed was provided which made our stay stress free which is exactly what we needed. We hope we get to go back again next year for a longer stay and check out more of the city.

Our stay was the most magical 3 days. We were transformed into Europe with the beautiful architecture, pool and hot tub along with exquisite landscaping and a phenomenal host. The Villa had everything you could think of, and more!!!!! The villa was close to great restaurants and shops....easy check in and check out. Host was very accommodating and helpful! Absolutely perfect. Checks all the boxes. You feel like you have the place to yourself. Very clean and just a cool original place . Great kitchenette on the patio with plenty of fridge space. This was a beautiful place built by an authentic italian straight from Italy. I would sit on the terrace or in the hot tub and enjoy the view. He even left wine and snack in the room. Comfy large bed. Everything we needed for a great stay.

Our stay in a charming part of Maurizio's large, roomy villa was wonderful. We felt completely private, but had help close at hand. Maurizio is a gracious and generous host. The villa is an easy drive to good restaurants, downtown, and Siesta Key. As others have written, being in the villa combines a trip to Italy with the pleasures of Sarasota.

This place was very clean! My wife is very picky and she was pleased as well. We didn't use the cooking facilities but as was noted elsewhere and in the description, the food prep and dining area is outside. In Florida, that's not a problem. Our biggest surprise were two cats that wandered the area around the pool. While we both like cats, I am very alergic and may have given second thought to staying there had known in advance. As I said though it was very clean inside. The cats did approach the outside eating area while we were there. When they found us uninterested, they moved on. A deal breaker? No. But certainly something to be aware of.

Absolutely Amazing Experience with An Amazing Host. We came for 2 days with big plans, but this place was so nice and relaxing my wife slept almost the whole time and I had no problem sitting in this little piece of paradise waiting for her to wake up.
