Upon arriving we were not able to enter the house due to exterior doors being broken. We attempted to contact the number and it was AI service. It was cold and raining and when we finally received a response it was out maintenance team is trying to figure out a solution. The ceiling fan did not work in the living room, reported and nothing was done. The ironing board is not functional, there is no hair dryer in the on suite. Those are the down side. Upside, beautiful home in a great location close enough to the Hill, Soulard, downtown and a great jump off point to the entire city. But also on a quiet safe dead end. The neighbors were nice and would stay here again.

Being stuck in the rain and cold is stressful enough, but being met with a frustrating communication delay is unacceptable.
