Host was very responsive but apparently not in control of unit. Sheets were not changed as a lot of hair on sheets and on pull out couch bed but we brought our own sheets and blankets. The head board was completely gross with whatever and I had to slide my pillow far down from touching the headboard, ice maker didn't work but the resort was nice and brought a bag of ice, walls were super thin and could hear the people through the walls and connecting door as if they were staying with us and room was very stuffy. We had a great time and felt the rate was fair but we wouldn't stay here again.
