Typed out a detailed review for it to only allow for 1500 characters. So I couldn’t finish it. I’ll condense it instead and highlight the important parts. Host can’t help with parking. Street parking in front of unit is free from Fri 6:30- at least Sunday 11am. Be prepared to get some leg workouts in. Between walking up the 50-11 flights and walking DC, those legs will be strong. Unit is decorated nicely. Wear slippers. Floors need an extreme mopping. White socks will be ruined. Beds pretty comfy. 3.5 bathrooms not 2.5. 2 BR have en-suites. Need a better skillet/frying pan. You also need to empty the water collector in the dryer if you use it. Woulda been nice to know certain things upon arrival. Unit 3 complains if you wake up before 10am and walk in the kitchen. She will knock on your door every single day around 9am to complain about noise starting at 8am. Guess it’s the nightlife. It’s stackable washer/dryer unit. Dryer had 3 loads stuffed in and never finished. So they smelled horrible. Had to rewash all three loads before we had fresh towels on day 2. Bought better laundry stuff to get the smell out. I always take a backlight when staying in a shared space. Urine on ALL walls around toilets. Hall bathroom is the worst with it. Check cooking utensils for cleanliness. Spatula covered in some white film that easily washed off. But was left sitting on counter in holder very visible. Good Vrbo. Would recommend as long as you don’t require assistance getting up stairs.
