Great home and excellent communication and easy check in. Very close to golf cart rental, but in town and everything is easily walkable which is what we chose to do.

We were in Cape Charles for the annual Eastern Shore Chamber Festival for the long weekend. The host is wonderful. She provides timely and clear communication making sure the booking, pre-arrival, check-in, and check-out process is as smooth as possible.  The house is clean, great location (couple blocks to the festival ground), kitchen is fully stocked, comfortable beds, nice back yard, and easy access to everything in town.We will definitely rent this house again for next year's festival.
