Exclusive and elegant house in the center of Florence, located in Lungarno Torrigiani Street, a beautiful location on the Arno River. This is the Oltrarno district full of shops, restaurants, craft stores, graceful Renaissance buildings, and much more.

This large and elegant accommodation of 150 square meters can accommodate up to 5 people and it is fully air conditioned.
It is a house with a private entrance, with a furnished garden, panoramic terrace and views of the Lungarno and the tower of Palazzo Vecchio. On two floors, access was via a short flight of stairs (7 steps). On the ground floor there are 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a large living room with TV, radio-CD player and a studio. On the first floor there is a dining room with access to the beautiful terrace overlooking the garden, the Arno river and a wonderful view over the monuments of Florence, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender), a nice studio with a single sofa bed, a bathroom with shower.
Equipment: air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi connection, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, heating. There is also a parking garage nearby (200 m) (fees apply).

This apartment is within walking distance of all the main attractions of the city, such as Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti, 300 m away, the Uffizi gallery, 550 m, the Palazzo Vecchio 700 m away. The main train station is 1.6 km away. Not to be missed nearby, the Brunelleschi-designed Basilica of Santo Spirito and the Church of Santa Maria del Carmine, known for its famous Brancacci Chapel, which houses Masaccio's frescoes. With a 15-20 min walk you can reach Piazzale Michelangelo (1.3 km away), from which you can enjoy a magnificent, breathtaking view over Florence.
