Parking
• On-site free parking garage is available. Maximum 2 parking passes. Parking is available for registered guests only. Parking passes (if provided) must be displayed at all times. Please note that the building is not responsible for damage or theft of vehicles.
Things to know
• There is an ATM in the lobby area, a gift shop, and a refreshment area.
• Laundry facility is coin-operated, and guests need a keycard to enter. There is laundry soap there to purchase.
• For the indoor pool, when leaving the pool to go back to the unit, guests will be required to use their keycard to get back inside the resort.
• There is a designated smoking area by the garage near the lobby area.
• Pool, Hot Tubs Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (subject to seasonal changes)
House rules
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and fees.
• Maximum occupancy listed for the room must not be exceeded at any time, including children.
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, including balconies and hallways.
• Non-smoking property. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited inside rooms, balconies, and indoor common areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
• Pets are not allowed, unless the property is designated pet-friendly with prior approval. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or removal from the property.
• No glass containers allowed in pool areas.
• Follow all posted pool rules and lifeguard instructions, if applicable.
• Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their rooms.
• Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning needs will be charged to the guest.
• Do not tamper with fire alarms, smoke detectors, or safety equipment.
• Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
• The building is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
• Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees, removal from the property, or cancellation of stay without refund.
