Welcome to the Smokies! Bear Mountain Cabin is tucked inside a quiet, gated community and offers the perfect blend of peaceful mountain living and easy access to all the area’s attractions. This newly renovated log cabin features a modern, cozy design and is surrounded by beautiful treetop canopy views that make you feel truly immersed in the Great Smoky Mountains.

The cabin offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with two bedrooms featuring king beds and a third bunk room that’s perfect for kids. Traveling with little ones? A crib and Pack N Play are already onsite for your convenience. Inside, you’ll also find arcade games for added fun during downtime.

Step outside and enjoy an incredible outdoor setup, including a hot tub, firepit, hammocks, putting green, picnic table, grill, cornhole, and more—plenty of space to relax, play, and make memories. Multiple decks provide lots of seating and are ideal for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or winding down in the evening with a glass of wine.

As a guest, you’ll also have access to resort amenities like a seasonal outdoor pool, playground, and tennis courts. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a friends’ getaway, or a relaxing couples trip, Bear Mountain Cabin is the perfect Smoky Mountain escape.

Guests will have access to the entire cabin with the exception of the owner`s closet. You may also use the community pool, playground, tennis courts, and other resort amenities.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a $100 fee per dog (Max 2)
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)

*If you have a group larger than 8, our sister cabin `Ava`s Overlook` is located in the same resort and sleeps up to 7 additional guests.

* We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy. Any guests violating this policy will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
