Now with Gas Generator, Electric Car Charger and Remote work dedicated space! Perfect for telecommuters! With three comfortable bedrooms, including a king bed and two queen beds, guests have plenty of space to unwind. The four bathrooms feature a bathtub and/or shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. A beautiful living room with two twin beds offers extra sleeping options or a cozy spot to relax. Climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round. Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off both AC units to 75 and turn off all lights and fans before you leave. Ensure stove is off with gas burners off. Also close all the doors and windows.
Please double check to make sure you have all of your personal belongings, Please lock all the doors and ensure front main door is locked upon exiting and pressing the padlock key on the lock pad.
Please take the trash out to the bins outside,Please secure the bear proof latches on the top once you have placed the trash inside. Double-check garbage can lid is locked by pulling on the top of it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use precaution, never leave children unattended. Wildlife area, animals freely roaming so please use caution and pay attention to surroundings.
BACK OF THE HOUSE ground into the bay is swamped, don't try to walk on it. Use of installations, amenities under your own responsibility+ risk.
