NORTH Luxury vacation rental in a choice location for shopping, restaurants and spectacular sunsets over the bay. Elevator entrance from street level ensures easy access to both floors. First floor features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and laundry room. 1st bedroom has a twin over full bunk and a twin bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, with a tub shower bathroom in the hallway. Second floor includes living room with gas log fireplace, queen-size sofa bed, and bay view from windows. Dining area has sliding glass door to sun deck with bay and town views, plus powder room around the corner. Gourmet kitchen with modern appliances, granite countertops, and an island breakfast bar. Seats 11 inside & 9 outside to dine. Second-floor master bedroom has queen bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with separate shower and tub. Owner provides beach equipment, badges, gas grill, and outside enclosed shower. Sorry, no charging electric cars. Pet fee $250
